The upstate of South Carolina is currently under it's first winter storm watch of the new year! According to WYFF News 4, there is a strong system heading our way Saturday and into Sunday. The upstate could experience snow, sleet, and ice, but the main concern that we are facing is downed power lines and ice on the roads.
