Busted water pipe in ceiling

This South Carolina home suffered major water damage to both floors of their home when a water pipe busted due to freezing temperatures. The customer was out of town when the pipe busted and came home to significant water damage due to continuous water running. After the customer turned off the water to the home, they called a plumber to fix the issue and then called SERVPRO of West Greenville County out to extract all of the standing water. Once all of the standing water had been extracted, it was clear that the ceilings, walls, and flooring were all affected beyond the help of our drying equipment. Our production crew started demolition right away to remove all affected contents.
