Sprinkler malfunction causes flooded warehouse

This business in Greenville, SC had a sprinkler malfunction in one of their warehouses and called us at SERVPRO of West Greenville County to help with extraction. The first thing that we tell anyone who has suffered water damage due to a malfunction or leak in their water system is to first get the issue fixed by a plumber. While we can come out and extract before the issue has been addressed, often we have to repeat services because the leak continues. In order to save our customers time and money we try to come out after a plumber has been there. Once the issue was fixed, our production came out and extracted all standing water throughout the warehouse. Luckily no walls or contents were severely affected and after extraction, the customers space was completely dry.
