2022 Carpet Cleaning

This customer in Piedmont, South Carolina called us at SERVPRO of West Greenville County inquiring about our carpet cleaning services. They requested that we service three rooms in the home, to help remove stains and eliminate odor in the home. After our office staff discussed pricing with the customer, providing a detailed estimate, our production crew went out to complete the job. The customer requested that we give them a chance to move the contents in the room on their own, before production began the cleaning process. The majority of the stains were completely removed, leaving just a few that faded to the customers happiness. We love leaving our customers happy, with a clean and fresh smelling home.
