Water Mitigation Completion

This customer called us at SERVPRO of West Greenville County requesting a reconstruction estimate. They suffered a major sewage loss but already had a different company on site to complete the mitigation part of things. Once the mitigation process had been completed, our production crew went out to provide a scope so an estimate could be drawn up for the customer. Upon arrival, our production crew realized that the mitigation had not been completed. Once we let the customer know that further mitigation services were needed, the contracted SERVPRO of West Greenville County to complete the job right away. Notice from the before and after photos how more of the flooring and subfloor needed to be removed due to it still reading wet on the moisture readings.
