April 2022 Water loss in Greenville, SC

This customer called us at SERVPRO of West Greenville County when their home suffered a water loss from a broken pipe connected to their toilet. The pipe was on the inside of the wall and caused damages before the issue was even noticed. Once the customer filed a claim with their insurance and had a plumber come out to fix the cause of loss, our production crew were able to go out and assess the damages. Much of the affected flooring needed to be removed, but due to the customer's fast action and SERVPRO of West Greenville County's prompt arrival, the vanity in this master bathroom was able to be salvaged with drying equipment alone.
