Greenville, SC Multiple Day Water Leak

This home in Greenville, South Carolina suffered a water leak from an upstairs toilet that went unnoticed for 3-4 days. The water damage affected multiple upstairs bedrooms, the bathroom, upstairs landing, and a spare room below. The carpets were completely saturated in the landing, however the subflooring on 90% of the affected area were able to be fully mitigated with drying equipment. Notice in the after photo above, only the carpeting and some baseboards needed removal. Once the materials were removed, our production crew treated the subfloor and set drying equipment to complete the mitigation process.
