This customer had a pipe in their bathroom burst days prior to calling us at SERVPRO of West Greenville County. They had the pipe fixed and got up all the standing water that they could see, but we worried that some water had seeped through the vinyl flooring. Our production team went out to test the affected flooring, and did find that the damage went further than meets the eye.
