Commercial Water Mitigation

This apartment in a commercial apartment complex in Upstate, South Carolina suffered water damage from a slow leak in a window that caused damage over time. There were multiple apartments in the complex affected by the water leak. SERVPRO of West Greenville County was called to come out and provide services right away. Once moisture readings were taken, our crew determined that the best course of action was to removed he over saturated materials in order to properly mitigate. 

Notice from the before and after photos that there was quite a bit of affected space. Our production crew removed the saturated drywall and insulation, but the customer's were relieved to see that it wasn't a complete scrap and some materials were able to be dried through SERVPRO Green drying equipment.
