Pipe in Crawlspace causes Water Damage to Home
A pipe in this Upstate South Carolina family's crawlspace burst, causing water damage to their dining room and the surrounding family room and kitchen. When the customer's called, the floor had already begun to buckle, so our crew removed it immediately upon request. Although the cause of loss was found right away, microbial growth had already begun in the crawlspace due to the heat. Microbial growth only takes 24 hours to begin growing, so this is a very common occurrence. At SERVPRO of West Greenville County, we are trained to handle any mitigation or remediation job.
